6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of expected delivery or receipt of damaged goods). Please provide photographic evidence of any damage to the packaging or products.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and will, at our discretion, arrange for a replacement or refund for confirmed lost or damaged shipments.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly and completely during checkout. BioChem Supply Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses by the customer. Any costs incurred due to incorrect address information (e.g., reshipment fees) will be the responsibility of the customer.
